I'm not sure if this is anyone's cup of tea, but this: bit.ly/inthename, is a Facebook group campaigning for Killing in the Name by RATM to be Christmas number 1. I can't think of anything in the world that would make me happier than RATM getting played on Top of the Pops before the Queen's speech, and those awful X-Factor dribbles not winning for once. If it would make you laugh as well, get involved. Although, if you're not familiar with the song, I should warn you that it's quite rude. Very rude, actually. Merry Christmas! Yours, Harriet

Harriet, I am afraid I am a blatant x-factor fan- Joe to win! He has a lovely voice and has the cute factor!

Because I'm not there I hope Agadoo makes a screaming comback. I love GB and you have produced some of the best music of the last 40 years (4 of my 5 favourite music artists are British) but seriously to compensate you have some if the worst collective taste in history and Christmas is the time you love to show it. I say ex-XFactor contestants will sweep the Chrustmas top ten:) Good campaign though, the unedited version of KITNO before the queen's message would be awesome.

Har. Now this is a campaign I can support! Only one niggling problem though that rather spoils the clean aesthetics of such an appeal: "Fuck you, I won't do what you tell me!"
